Perhaps you could complain that it's an illegal trade in body parts and therefor illegal under the human tissues act.

there is a star at the base of the advert- to report inappropriate behaviour to trademe. I have reported it as 'not within their contract' - it's not appropriate for trade me to list such things- whether a person believes in such spirits or not, either way it shouldn't be encouraged - just as exorcism shouldn't be.
